After more than 11 weeks of lockdown, I am happy to announce that we’ve received the green light to start seeing patients again. It’s been a long hard road, but it seems that there’s some light at the end of the tunnel. I genuinely can’t express how excited we are to see you again.

I'll go over some of the changes you can expect below, but also on Instagram where I discuss this more. For now, here is a brief outline of the protocols we’ve instituted to keep everyone safe:

Operatory and PPE Upgrades:

• The operatories have all been outfitted with high efficiency air purifiers to eliminate aerosols
• Each operatory has been sealed in as to stop aerosols from migrating between operatories
• All clinicians will be outfitted in PPE such as gowns, masks and face shields
• All staff will be outfitted in appropriate PPE

Appointment Precautions:

• Everyone is asked to bring a mask to their appointment
• If early, we might ask you to wait outside or in your car until 5 minutes before your appointment time
• Everyone will be screened for potential COVID-19 exposure and their temperature taken prior to seeing their healthcare provider
• You will be asked to sanitize your hands at multiple junctures of the appointment
