Maple Family Dentistry is a wonderful place for the entire family. I have been a patient for many years now and I have absolutely no complaints. They are very accommodating with any of my requests. My husband switched dentists and he is very happy. We also bring our 4 and 2 year old to Dr. Zhu. Him and his staff are all so patient with them and welcoming of the little ones. I highly recommend Maple Family Dentistry.

Everyone is so friendly and welcoming, Dr. Zhu explains everything so clearly and takes his time to answer any questions you have in terms you will understand. We personally like going to Ester for cleanings but I’m sure everyone is great.

If i could give this place 10 stars I would. My experience with dentists have not been the greatest. This place has turned that around for me. In fact.. I have never felt more inclined to write a review then I do now. The front desk is amazing! So helpful and friendly.. DR Zhu takes his time to explain everything in detail and provide different options on how to proceed with your dental work. He is patient, knows his stuff and very kind. I have never had such a positive experience like I did here. I had a root canal done and felt NOTHING!!.. I also am experiencing 0 pain following the procedure. I also want to recognize theresa who worked with my to figure out my benefit coverage and find the best possible solution that will fix my dental issue and be cost efficient. THIS PLACE IS AMAZING!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ester is a wonderful hygienist and very polite, honest and goes the extra step to speak to you honestly about your health and what you can do to improve your oral hygiene or maintain and stay healthy. Denise and Marta at the front at wonderful too. I lived 5 minutes away and recently moved over 30 mins away, but will continue to make the drive for the great service.

Maple Family dentistry is by far the best dental office in town. From the front desk reception who are amazing when it comes to answering phone calls to the caring professional dentists. All the staff are kind and make sure you feel so comfortable. I have always been so fearful of going to the dentist and it took me a while to go back. Our family have recently relocated and we were in search of a good dental clinic close by. At Maple family dentistry they explain everything to you and are very attentive making sure to accommodate you to have the best experience. They truly care about their patients. My 3 year old daughter had a great experience for her very first dental visit. The front desk staff was attentive and friendly, they made my daughter feel welcomed and comfortable. The hygienist was also very friendly and put my nervous daughter at ease. The Dentist was gentle and encouraging during the exam. Definitely recommend this dental office.My daughter now walks around the house telling us that she has a wiggly tooth. She doesn’t, she just wants to go back to the dentist.

Office is very professional & safe, especially during COVID times we live in currently. Lovely & friendly staff. I had the pleasure of getting my teeth worked on by the dentist there. He walked me through all my options & explained my situation in details. Then he performed an excellent service on my damaged tooth & made me enjoy the experience.5/5 Top quality service. Always pleasant experiences here! If you are afraid of any dental procedures just like myself , id highly recommend Dr. Family. He is one of the most caring, patient and understanding dentist that I ever met. He’ll make sure you are comfortable and he will pause if you need a break etc. My daughter who’s 7 thinks the same for Dr. Family that he’s very gentle. Highly recommended!

I had a great visit with Esther the other day. Fantastic hygienist. Friendly, thorough and gentle. And yes. We bonded over our dogs.😂♥️👏Also had a nice chat with Howard. This is a great spot. The entire staff are friendly and inviting. There is a reason my family have been coming there for over 20 years!

I’ve been coming to Dr. Libstug’s office since moving to Canada in 2008, and I’ve had a great experience every time. I often see Dr. Family, and both dentists are fantastic—skilled, professional, and caring. The whole team, including the hygienists, is wonderful. The office itself has a clean, spa-like feel that makes each visit more comfortable. My kids are now patients here too, and they’re never nervous about their appointments. Even when my daughter needed some minor dental work, the staff handled it so gently that she felt totally at ease. Highly recommend this office for adults and kids alike!

I have been going to this office for about a year and it is the best dental office I have been to. The staff and Dentists are amazing and knowledgeable. They really take the time to explain things to you. I would recommend this office and team to anyone looking for a new dental office.Bee is the Dental Hygenist, who has assisted me on my last couple of visits, and I feel really comfortable with her. She takes time to give tips on how to manage my dental hygiene habits and also how to prevent things that could potentially get worse if not managed properly.
