Maple Family Dentistry is a wonderful place for the entire family. I have been a patient for many years now and I have absolutely no complaints. They are very accommodating with any of my requests. If i could give this place 10 stars I would. My experience with dentists have not been the greatest. This place has turned that around for me. In fact.. I have never felt more inclined to write a review then I do now. The front desk is amazing! So helpful and friendly.. DR Zhu takes his time to explain everything in detail and provide different options on how to proceed with your dental work. He is patient, knows his stuff and very kind. I have never had such a positive experience like I did here. I had a root canal done and felt NOTHING!!.. I also am experiencing 0 pain following the procedure. I also want to recognize theresa who worked with my to figure out my benefit coverage and find the best possible solution that will fix my dental issue and be cost efficient. My 3 year old daughter had a great experience for her very first dental visit. The front desk staff was attentive and friendly, they made my daughter feel welcomed and comfortable. The hygienist was also very friendly and put my nervous daughter at ease. The Dentist was gentle and encouraging during the exam. I’ve been coming to Dr. Libstug’s office since moving to Canada in 2008, and I’ve had a great experience every time. I often see Dr. Family, and both dentists are fantastic—skilled, professional, and caring. The whole team, including the hygienists, is wonderful. The office itself has a clean, spa-like feel that makes each visit more comfortable. My kids are now patients here too, and they’re never nervous about their appointments.
